My only criticism is that the handles are too small for the size of the body of the purse. You can't sling it over your shoulder. It does come with a very long strap that hooks on to both sides but it is too long. It causes the purse to hang down to your thigh (I am short). I am now using it to carry my reading, iPad, etc when we travel. Perfect size for a small brief case. I am petite and had to have a cobbler punch new holes to adjust the shoulder strap - but other than that, this bag is exactly what I wanted. PS - when I purchased this, amazon was selling it at about 0 less than any other site. a good deal!
